Additional to the HR Policy Pack, you will also receive a set amount of consulting time to be utilised as required by your business. This time is flexible so our team can support you in the most value-added way. This could include (but is not limited to) customisation of policies, provision of policies additional to those included in the HR Policy Pack, general HR support or even a specific project such as restructure, culture survey or development of a HR Strategic Plan.
